| Sociology of culture and religion and laboratory "Living in the box: cultures and religions in the Mediterranean"
(objectives)
The focus of the course is to analyse the religious phenomenon in the context of a secular, lay and globalised society in the light of the most recent sociological theories and empirical research. In particular it will concentrate on the role played by inter-religious dialogue in a context of growing cultural pluralism in Europe and the Mediterranean area. The course will put forward suggestions as to how to carry out a survey on religion.
