STEFANELLI MARIA ANITA
(syllabus)
Drama and films are often based on literary works (as happens with Mamet's American Buffalo and Glengarry Glen Ross ) . David Mamet has adapted Terence Rattigan's well-made play to a film. The play will be analysed in class. An analysis of passages from Mamet's plays will be undertaken with reference to Luca Barbareschi's translations.
