For the exam it is essential a good understanding of the constitutional provisions on the Public Administration and Administrative Justice, the Law 241/1990 as amended, the judgments of the Constitutional court nn . 204/2004 and 191/2006 and the " principles " of the Code of Administrative Procedure (artt.1-39 d . Lgs . N . 104 of 2010 as amended) , as well as possible further changes in legislation and case law will be published on the site Prof. Sandulli (www.masandulli.it in the section on materials of Administrative Law II ) up to a month before the exam
