The activity proposes – in the light of a theoretical reflection on the constitutional amendment process – an analytical study of the contents of the constitutional reform currently being approved. Lessons are held by scholars from different universities, mainly from Rome, with the aim of encouraging the promotion of educational collaboration initiatives between teachers from different backgrounds. The style of the lectures wants to encourage the participation of students, in a historical moment in which training of the jurist and the citizen come to overlap.
