CONTE EMANUELE
(syllabus)
THE COURSE AIMS TO INTRODUCE STUDENTS TO THAT INTERDISCIPLINARY STUDY AREA THAT ANALYZES CONNECTIONS BETWEEN LAW AND HUMAN SCIENCES AS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR JURISTS TO LOOK AT THE LAW AS PART OF A WIDER CULTURAL CONTEXT. THE ANALYSIS OF THE CONTENT AND LEGAL CONTEXT OF NOVELLE, THEATER WORKS, PAINTINGS, MONUMENTS AND FILMS CONSTITUTES THE BASIS FOR PUTING QUESTIONS AS: WHAT DO WE MEAN BY "NATURAL LAW"? WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE LAW? DO THE LEGAL RULES AGREE WITH THE VALUES OF THE CULTURAL CONTEXT IN WHICH YOU ARE INSERTED?
