THE COURSE, IN THE FIRST PLACE, TAKES CARE OF THE METHODS WITH WHICH THE EUROPEAN SHORTS DEFINE AND LIMIT THE SPHERES OF THE STATE AND THE MARKET AND HOW THEY INTERPRET THE RELATIONS BETWEEN THE TWO CATEGORIES. SPECIFICALLY, THE COURSE HAS THE STUDY OF THE RULES OF THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC CONSTITUTION (FREE MOVEMENT, COMPETITION, PUBLIC SERVICES) AND THE DEROGATIONS TO THEIR APPLICATION. PARTICULAR ATTENTION IS, THEREFORE, TAKEN AS A INTERPRETATION AND THE APPLICATION OF THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC CONSTITUTION HAS HAD EFFECTS ON THE ADMINISTRATIVE LAW OF MEMBER STATES, REGARDING THE PUBLIC SERVICE OR PUBLIC ENTERPRISE CONCEPT, OR MORE IN GENERAL THE ACTIVITY OF THE PUBLIC NATIONAL ADMINISTRATIONS . THE COURSE STILL TAKES CARE OF THE NEW EUROPEAN MARKET INTEGRATION TOOLS PROVIDED BY THE COMMISSION.
