VITALONE ALESSIA
(syllabus)
The course aims to provide an overview of the reforms approved by Benedict XVI and Francis, in his capacity as sovereign of S.C.V., following the signing of the last Monetary Agreement with the European Union. In particular we want to emphasize that these reforms have been extended also to the Roman Curia, and have profoundly innovated the field of criminal law with the introduction of measures for the prevention and countering the monetary and financial crimes, as was done in the euro area, and have also had important effects in the administrative sector and in collaboration with the States and European and international organizations, with which you are establishing relationships that exceed the financial plan, to cover more generally the protection of peace and well-being of peoples. At the end of the course there will be a exam to the achievement of credits. The course is open to interested students who have passed the examination or of ecclesiastical law or the examination of Canon Law, will begin Monday, April 11, 2016, will end on tuesday, April 26, end and will take place on Mondays from h. 15, Tuesdays from h. 16 and Wednesdays from h. 12.
