| Canon Law Marriage
(objectives)
The course aims to go through the different canonical marriage models that established in West, from Middle Ages to the Code of canon law of 1983. The purpose is to raise consciousness about the reform of some aspects of canonical marriage, based on Pope Francis’ will, and a reflection about canonical doctrine.
