The main objectives of the course are three: 1. Maturing in
student convinced of the need for a deep understanding
Physics for different applications necessary for the understanding
Earth system seen in the more general context of interaction with the
Sun (Spaceweather) .2. Give the student a specific knowledge
the physical mechanisms of the interior of the planet and of the interactions of
the latter with the "near-Earth space" (atmosphere, ionosphera,
magnetosphere) .3. Sensitize the student to approach
interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary and different methods useful for the
study of the Earth System
