The main Italian public administrations, with particular reference to those in the environmental field. - Constitutional principles concerning public administrations and their activity. - The administrative procedure law and the main administrative institutions: the administrative procedure, silent assent, “D.I.A.”, “conferenza di servizi”. - An outline of public tenders proceedings. - The principles of environmental law in the European Union and at national level; basic notions. - The environmental authorizations: “VIA”, “VAS” and “IPPC”.
