THE COURSE HAS A DOUBLE PURPOSE. THE FIRST ONE IS THE EXPLICATION OF THE ROLE OF THE GENERAL THEORY OF LAW WITHIN THE LEGAL SCIENCE, AS WELL AS THE SPECIFICITY OF: ITS EPISTEMIOLOGICAL STATUTE ; THE CONSTITUTION OF ITS CONCEPT’S METHOD AND ITS ASSERTION WITH REGARD TO THE STATUTE AND THE LEGAL REGULATION METHOD. THE SECOND ONE IS THE ANALYSIS OF THE BACKBONE OF THE THEORETICAL TYPE OF THE “STATE OF LAW”, WHICH HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED, SPECIFICALLY IN THE EUROPEAN CONTINENT, ON THE BASIS OF THE PHILOSOPHICAL ELABORATIONS OF THE DOCTRINE OF NATURAL LAW AND OF THEIR TRANSLATION INTO CODIFICATIONS AND CONSTITUTIONS.
