Arguments discussed will deal with: 1) social-anthropological and juridical-philosophical basics of social work; 2) inspiring and operative principles in/of social work; 3) historical, social and juridical genesis of social worker profession; 4) object, goals, functions and institutional position of social work; 5) ethical dimension of/in the profession. 6) The construction of a professional identity.
