The course offers some basic elements with respect to individual and social rights freedom with reference to the current constitutional structure. Students also will be offered an overview on the main welfare models and shall proceed to in-depth courses related to the protection of the weak. Will be addressed, in particular, the methods of manifestation of the principle of solidarity enshrined in the Constitution, especially with regard to minors, the disabled and persons subject to restrictions of personal freedom
