(syllabus)
Art in fifteenth-century Rome The course examines the principle aspects of Quattrocento art in Rome , from Beato Angelico to Perugino, with particular attention given to the decoration of the Vatican Palaces.
Objectives: The course offers an in-depth introduction to the Roman Quattrocento which also introduces larger methodological themes and issues pertaining to the discipline of Art History.
