THE HISTORY OF SOCIOLOGICAL THOUGHT
Contents
The origins of sociological thought and its precursors. Sociology was born only two centuries ago with the industrial revolution. The emergence of the bourgeoisie and the commencement of the proletariat on the scene of history need to renew the ancient social structures of medieval origin. Sociology is history of sociological thought.
