Teacher	CONTE EMANUELE (syllabus) THIS IS AN ADVANCED COURSE, WHOSE AIM IS TO TACKLE SOME TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF THE MEDIEVAL AND EARLY MODERN LAW. STUDENTS ARE ASKED TO FACE THE ORIGINAL SOURCES AND TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT HISTORIOGRAPHICAL QUESTIONINGS. (reference books) Readings and course materials shall be provided during the course.
