During the Laboratory, students are going to build an evaluative project of a social service and with this aim they are going to be actively involved in the development and use of tools for evaluative research (questionnaires, interviews, systems of quality indicators). Students will be invited to write down the project.
Laboratory activities will promote students' participation and will encompass simulation activities.
