This course provides the skills to carry out programming tasks in today's national framework of social services. It aims to provide students with a suitable "toolbox" of:
- The different styles of programming
- The logic of governance in the programming process
- Participatory processes in the planning process
- The procedures for contracting out and cash for care
- The conditions of today's system of social services
