Development of active and passive communication skills, written and oral, regarding the understanding, production and analysis of simple "texts". Acquisition of further competences regarding the syntactic structures and the lexis, in compliance with the B2 level (based on the CEFR), and basic elements of translation theory. Ability to use the main translation tools (lexical) and development of knowledge applied to translation procedure.
