1. Legal Logic definitions and problems, legal logic in computer applications, computer system sused in private and public administrative organization and in particular the italian judicialsystem;
2. Legal applications and boleaan logic 2. Legal documentation research on line consultation of the major legal data bases in Italy and Europe, the computerized civil and criminal trials, technologies for legal professions; 4. Epistemology, systems and legal issues: the legalresponsibility and the use of information technology, civil and criminallaw profiles; 5. Contracts and Informatics, computer law and contractsobject and the legalframework of e-commerce in Europe and Italy; 6. Information technology in designing legislation and in simulations of processes or events, design of legal texts and hypertexts, the electronic document; 6. The risk and management of computer systems and security procedures, defining roles and operational practices, the computer crimes and computer forensic techniques, legal analysis accident prevention and investigation; 7. The institutional and technological innovation: the information society action lines of the European Union, Open data Directive 8. The discipline of personal data, profiles of general privacy and legalprotection of personal data in Italy and Europe, the code of personal data; 9. Codes of ethics and information technology and interactive activities, the computer ethics between practicse and social reality existing codifications, drafting of technical rules of ethics in the private and public organisations; 10. The protection of copyright and industrial property online, software and protection of industrial inventions, protection of domain names.Open source, Start up regulation and evolution of technology.
Seminar modules The course is divided into modules also integrative seminar intended for systematic study of concrete issues seminar-key and most current developed within the framework of basic lectures. The modules, respectivel ydedicated to general aspects will cover topics and news, providing students with tools and in-depth courses related to current events and case studies in national and international view. In particular modules (edited by contributors to the Chair) will offer to students, evenusinginteractivemethodologies and techniques and of the contribution of experts,will offer a more comprehensive overview of the main substantive issues of the relationship between law and computer science, in particular with regard to the relationships between legal regulations and business scopes Informatics, public administrations, in particular for legislative activities and justice
