IS THE FIRST APPROACH TO STUDENT LEARNING INTRODUCES THE MATTER OF LAW AND ALSO THE TECHNICAL LANGUAGE. ANOTHER GOAL IS TO UNITE The ABSTRACTION STUDY OF LEGAL RULES TO THEIR PRACTICAL APPLICATION.

I. The concepts and institutions regulated in Book II of the Civil Code (goods, ownership,, property and possession); II. Civil liability (the tort) in all its profile with attention paid to the evolution lines and the processing of case law; III. Individual contracts. All contracts typical of the Civil Code (except for the contract of employment and that of society), as well as the most important new regulated in special laws (consumer contracts, franchising, etc.) and atypical contracts more common in commercial practice; IV. Family law; V. Inheritance law.

The course integrates and completes that of institutions of private law I and having as subject the "special part" of the subject, of necessity presupposes the knowledge of the topics dealt with in the "general part". Given this, they will be specifically analyzed: I. the concepts and institutions governed by Book II of the Civil Code (property, real rights, property and possession); II. all the typical contracts taken into consideration in the II, IV and V book of the Civil Code (except for the employment contract and for that of companies), as well as the most significant contracts regulated in special laws (consumer contracts, factoring, franchising , subcontracting, etc.); III. the best known and most important atypical contracts; IV. the matter of civil responsibility in every aspect with attention to the evolutionary lines and to the jurisprudential elaboration; V. family law; VI. the succession mortis causa.
