Historical evolution and tendencies of labour law. Sources. Constitutional principles. European and International sources. Trade union freedom and trade unions organisation (in and out the firm). Collective agreements, Strikes and other typologies of trade union disputes.
The correlation between work supply and demand.
Public and private placement services. Selection and hiring of workers. The origin of employment relation.
Work relationship.
Employment contracts: surbodinated, autonomous, flexible contracts. The duties of employees (cooperation, diligence, obedience, loyalty); the power of the employer (directive and disciplinary). The protection of the person, dignitiy and freedom of the employees: the no-n discriminationg law, wages, wages systems) working hours, breaks, tasks.
Training and development of employee skills.
Legal tools to support formation, professional re training and the development of human capital of employees. Learning through work.
Termination of employment relation, individual dismissals, handling of redundant employees and the objectives to requalify and reconvert empoyees skills.
