This course is divided in two parts. The first one is an introduction to macroeconomics: economic behavior at the aggregate level (GDP, inflation, unemployment, interest rates, deficits, GDP growth).
The first part is designed to equip you with a framework that you will find useful in
understanding broad features of the Italian economy, which is the subject of the second part of the course.

Readings and texts will be indicated at the beginning of the course and posted on the website. Main texts are:
