PRIVATE LAW IS A COMPULSORY COURSE CHARACTERIZED BY A FORMATIVE FUNCTION. THIS COURSE PROVIDES AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE MAIN CONCEPTS OF PRIVATE LAW, RELATING PARTICULARLY TO CULTURAL AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OFFERED BY THE DEGREE PROGRAMS OF THE FACULTY, OFFERING STUDENTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO APPROACH THE TOPIC IN A METHODOLOGICAL MANNER. THE COURSE PROVIDES THE LEGAL INSTRUMENTS ANALYSING DIFFERENT RULES. AS SUCH, OVER THE LENGTH OF THE COURSE AND WHILE PERUSING THE RECOMMENDED READING, USE OF AN UPDATED CIVIL CODE IS ESSENTIAL.
