The course aims at reaching the knowledge of English, written and spoken, at the beginner/intermediate level (advanced B1 according to the European standard) in the 4 abilities: written production, written comprehension, spoken production, spoken comprehension. Basic elements of translation, both theory and practice. Discourse analysis, intercultural communication and media.
