| Clinic on the Law of Immigration and Citizenship
(objectives)
The course aims to provide students with both practical and theoretical knowledge on migration and citizenship rights, according to the learning by doing approach developed by the tradition of legal clinics in US law schools. Already in the 1930s such an approach was indicated by the Italian jurist Carnelutti as "saper fare": an essential part of the education of lawyers.
