| PHYSICS OF THE IONOSPHERE AND PHYSICS OF THE MAGNETOSPHERE
(objectives)
1. give the student an in-deep knowledge on the formation, structure and dynamics of ionospheric plasma, in perturbed and steady-state conditions.
2. give the student a specific knowledge of the main coupling mechanisms Litosphere-Atmosphere-Ionosphere-Magnetosphere and, more generally, of the Earth-Sun interactions.
