the course has the purposes to know the construction and functional characteristics of main electrical rotating machines, including models used for the study of behavior in electro dynamic system in order to acquire the ability to be able to choose and use of the various electrical rotating equipment used in industrial electrical applications or in the production of electric power systems. Know the basic configuration of power electronic converters used for the control of electric power sizes of electrical machines and know the basic algorithm used in electric drives for the control and monitoring the performance of the machine , know how to identify the main features of size of an electric drive in connection with the specifications of the application
