the study of how you can, in the application of rules, procedures to determine the check, bearing in mind the spread of electronic applications in the world of work, it is the objective of the course. another goal of course is to provide students first language, with the precise definition of nomenclature (ISO 9000) and then the elements of operational design as, according to the present (ISO 9001) with the purpose of allowing in their professional activities and development of a right placement of any initiative in terms of quality.
