The module is intended to provide application to the theoretical issues in translation studies and pragmatic aspects of translation acquired during the three-year courses.
Several different kinds of discourses will be taken into consideration and discourse analysis techniques will be applied to both specialized and literary texts.
Translation practice (English to Italian and viceversa) will be applied to different kinds of texts taken from different historical periods.
