(syllabus)
The module, together with the exercises of the lecturer in order to reach the expected linguistic levels, is a start to the analytical knowledge of contemporary German, focusing on phonological structures (analysis of the articulation of linguistic sounds, their phonetic transcription) and morphological structures, with particular attention to the processes of word formation. The main characteristics of old and new spelling will also be outlined.
