Upon completion of this course the student will be able to have; a clear understanding of the concepts of Telemedicine, including basic terminologies, and technologies, services, impact and challenges of telemedicine; to understand the generic architecture of telemedicine systems and the constituents of each sub-system. Real world telemedicine implementations in diverse settingswill be presented, to illustrate the practical aspect of the theory.
