The course seeks to give students a thorough knowledge of the administrative organization, considering the institutional framework, the law reforms of last years, the decisions of courts and the contribution of the jurists. In particular, will be analyzed the system of the sources of organization of public offices, the distinction between politics and administration, the personnel management in the public sector.
