Teaching Training and human resource policies will give students the basic concepts associated with the new interpretative paradigm for the development of policies for Human Resources Management at the international level and the changing role of Personnel Management in Italy. This process is considered as introductory statement of the new role of organizational communication and continuing education as a lever for strategic change processes of cultural, professional, and organizational management in companies and innovative public administrations.
