COURSE AIMS TO PROVIDE THE KNOWLEDGE IN RELATION TO THE CONTEXTS AND THEORY ON THE PSYCHOLOGY OF WORK AND ORGANIZATION, FORMING THE SKILLS TO ANALYZE THE CONDUCT BUSINESS AND INTERPRET THE COMPLEX FACTORS ORDER OF INDIVIDUAL STRUCTURAL, CULTURAL, ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL INFLUENCE AND DETERMINE THAT SUCH CONDUCT BUSINESS.
