the course will provide knowledge of public and private/public legal bodies used to manage Services and will improve the understanding of normative instruments used by Public Administration to outsource Services; it will illustrate the process of Services and Projects realization by showing practical experiences; specific knowledge will be provided in the application of “Codice dei Contratti” and its particular section “appalti nel sociale”. A closer examination will be given to Services authorizations, functioning, accreditation and quality. The course will also provide hints to better understand Services and to illustrate the new professional competences and responsibilities demanded to Social Workers to manage community welfare processes. During workshops and class practice the course will analyze competences, instruments and activities demanded by territorial integrated work to Social Workers and Social Work Managers
