In Shakespeare’ s texts we can find the inspiration for a theoretical and pratical about “The apparitions of ghosts”. Starting from different texts, where nevertheless a connection can be perceived, we make reflections about the multiple possibilities for their staging. The texts concerned, Richard III, Julius Caesar, Hamlet, Macbeth, can be considered from the point of view of the evolution of the ghost figure in Shakespeare. Starting from the texts and scene’s analysis, we look then for the way of the staging. Through Shakespeare we pass from literature to staging and from staging to literature.
