In recent years the framework of the employment relationship has been the subject of repeated legislative interventions that have profoundly altered profiles of important matters. In this framework, the course aims to develop and investigate a range of topics of particular relevance such as: • occupational safety and health protection of workers; • working hours and part-time; • dismissals and disciplinary power; • evolution of industrial relations.
