Since the mid-1990s and the 2001 constitutional reform the importance of regional law has constantly increased. The aim of the course is to examine carefully legislative and administrative autonomy of Regions, the organisation of the regional organs and the interaction between Regions and International Law and European Union Law, on one hand, and State and local bodies on the other hand.
