Acquisition of a good level knowledge about the fundamental lines of literary and cultural history of the 18th and 19th century Spain, especially as regards the interrelation with the historical and social issues and the main changes which characterized the European culture between 18th and 19th century. Close examination of literary and cultural issues concerning the studied period, particularly as regards cross-cultural and intermedial phenomena. Acquisition of advanced abilities as to the methodologies for the analysis of texts, especially by a linguistic, figurative and intermedial perspective, as well as an advanced and applied knowledge of the methodologies for the analysis of literary communication and cultural processes.
