THE STUDENT WILL REFINE TO A HIGHLY ADVANCED LEVEL HIS SPECIALISED SKILLS IN THE ANALYSIS OF INTERMEDIATE AND INTERCULTURAL DYNAMICS RELATING TO THE LITERATURES AND CULTURES OF ENGLISH-SPEAKING COUNTRIES, AS WELL AS ITS CULTURAL GEOGRAPHIES AND THE PROBLEMS OF CULTURAL IDENTITY, WITH IN-DEPTH ATTENTION TO THE PROBLEMS OF THE DIDACTICS OF LITERATURE. HE/SHE WILL ALSO ACQUIRE A HIGH LEVEL OF ABILITY TO INDEPENDENTLY PERFECT HIS/HER THEORETICAL-METHODOLOGICAL SKILLS, AS WELL AS TO CRITICALLY USE THE TOOLS OF PHILOLOGICAL AND CRITICAL-LITERARY ANALYSIS FOR THE INTERPRETATION OF CULTURAL PHENOMENA, IN PARTICULAR THE PROCESSES OF CROSS-CULTURAL TRANSLATION AND THE DYNAMICS OF INTERMEDIARY COMMUNICATION.
