ITALIAN CINEMA. FROM THE 30s TO '68 Program: A historical, critical and theoretical journey through forty years of Italian cinema, from the fascist period to the era of '68s protests. Genres, authors, figures, apparatuses and films: from the advent of sound to the nouvelle vague of the 60s. Analysis of texts and critical materials. Reflection on the most debated questions of historical and theoretical studies: the cinematographic imaginary in the fascist regime, neorealism, the styles of modernity, counterculture cinema.
