THE COURSE SEEKS TO DEEPEN THE PHENOMENA OF TRANSGRESSION AND SOCIAL DIVERSITY THAT REPRESENT BOTH STRUCTURAL AND MARGINAL ELEMENTS OF SOCIAL REALITY. THE ANALYSIS IS FRAMED IN THE CONTEXT OF STRUCTURAL-FUNCTIONALISM, SYMBOLIC INTERACTIONISM AND THE NEW CHICAGO SCHOOL. IN ADDITION, THE PROBLEM OF DEVIANCE IN YOUTH CULTURES IS ANALYZED.
