Methodological, technical, ethical problems of training in the socio-educational field; valorisation of human resources as a professional model; educational communication as an operative strategy in different cultural, social, professional contexts and processes. Professional models that can be imitated in personal services. Organisational and project strategies based on the network model. Flexibility of services and competences in the organic programming of contents and in the systematic action. Models of observation and clinical diagnosis of children and adolescents with handicaps, psychopathologies, learning delays, problematic and/or deviant communicative attitudes and behaviours. Use of innovative, technological and specific tools for the integration of disabled people in the working and social environments. Definition of the project characteristics for the strategic and methodological planning consistent with the needs of the training, socio-educational and social-health services. Programming as a continuous training project, as lifelong learning.
