Acquisition of level B2 for all skills. Development of: a) knowledge and understanding of the main characteristics of the language object of study; b) capacity of communicating ideas and intentions in a foreign language; c)comprehension and analysis of written texts using acquired knowledge; d) ability to use some resources for data collection and interpretation for translation; e) capacity to learn autonomously. Introduction to problem solving of diverse type in cultural contexts connotated by the use of the language object of study. Knowledge and comprehension of some of the theoretical and methodological problems regarding translation as language and cultural mediation. Introduction to translation of simple texts belonging to diverse textual genres (workshop).
