Starting from the educational needs and the key role of the pedagogical commitment in the intervention of prevention and recovery of deviance and juvenile crime, the course aims to address the phenomena and dynamics of discomfort and deviance by comparing theories and practices. It will provide knowledge, tools and methods related to the following specific issues: - Marginality- deviance and the teenage planet - Micro- macro-crime and phenomena of individual and group juvenile deviance - Educational responses: juvenile justice and juvenile services - Testing and other alternative measures - juvenile detention - Community for deviant minors - Identity and role of the educator - Experiences in a situation.
