ANGLO-AMERICAN LANGUAGES AND LITERATURE II MASTER'S LEVEL COURSE
(objectives)
The student will refine to a highly advanced level his or her specialised skills in the analysis of the intermediate and intercultural dynamics relating to the literatures and cultures of the English-speaking countries of America, as well as its cultural geographies and the problems of cultural identity, with in-depth attention to the problems of the didactics of literature. He/she will also acquire a high capacity to independently refine his/her theoretical-methodological skills, as well as to critically use the tools of philological and critical-literary analysis for the interpretation of cultural phenomena, in particular of cross-cultural translation processes and of the dynamics of intermediary communication.
