The student will have to learn the history of the first centuries of modern Portuguese literature, focusing on its main literary and cultural expressions. The course aims to provide methodological knowledge and fundamental elements related to the field of study of medieval and late-medieval Portuguese literature, with particular attention to socio-cultural problems.
