Acquisition of a good knowledge of the fundamental features of the cultural and literary history of twentieth century Spain, with particular regard to the interrelation with the peculiar social-historical dynamics of the country and with the major changes that characterized Western culture in the twentieth century. Acquisition of a good competence in critical reading and analysis of the texts in the program, through the learning of some of the main tools and methodologies of critical-literary research.
