Curriculum

Gabriella Cincotti is Professor at the Engineering Department University Roma Tre, Rome Italy. Since 2004, she leads the Photonics Lab and she is in charge of the courses of Fundamental of Telecommunications. Her main research interests are in the field of photonic devices and subsystems for high-speed optical signal processing. She serves as Editor in Chief of IEEE Photonics Journal. She is an OSA and IEEE Fellow and has been elected a member of the Board of Governors of the IEEE Photonics Society 2017-2020. She has published more than 300 papers in scientific peer-reviewed journals and international conference proceedings (http://orcid.org/0000-0002-9139-1697).
